Pre-meeting dossier, executive overview, and a rebuilt recorder

The first major update since launch. Life Manager Pro now briefs you before a meeting as well as capturing it: a floating dossier pulls the attendees, their companies, the open deals, what was decided last time, and what's still outstanding into one window you can open from any calendar event. Alongside it, a new Executive Overview dashboard for pipeline and portfolio health, a fully rebuilt floating recorder with light and dark themes, calendar invite parsing for Teams, Zoom, Meet and Webex, copy-and-paste configuration for saved views, and expanded Model Context Protocol (MCP) server tools for AI assistants.

Pre-meeting dossier

  • New Dossier
    The dossier window

A floating briefing that summarizes attendee profiles, company context, active deals, decisions from previous meetings, and open deliverables. Open it from a calendar event, the briefing icon on Today's Schedule, the menu bar, the command palette, or Cmd+Option+D.

  • New CRM
    Relational traversal and counterpart isolation

A title tokenizer picks the counterpart out of a 1:1 ("John/Bill 1:1"), then walks from that contact to their company and its active projects. You're excluded from the traversal, so your own unrelated tasks don't crowd the briefing.

  • New Dossier
    Meeting-shape heuristics and attendee focus

Meetings are classified as 1:1 syncs, small group collaborations, or large meetings, and the briefing adjusts to match. Click an attendee to scope deliverables and past decisions to just that person.

  • New Tasks
    Action items ranked by relevance

Deliverables are scored on how they relate to the meeting and how soon they're due, rather than whichever matched first. Each carries a provenance chip — Project, Company, Assigned, Title — and a per-attendee cap keeps one busy person from filling the list.

  • New Dossier
Talking points and prep that persist

A prep checklist with your own objectives and notes, saved per calendar event so it's still there when the recurring meeting comes back around. Default talking points are configurable in Settings.

  • New Tasks
Complete action items from the dossier

Tick off tasks and open deliverables during the meeting, straight from the floating window, written through to the database as you go.

  • New CRM
    Entity linker with persistent overrides

When the automatic match is wrong, search and link the right contact, company, or project from the dossier header. The correction sticks for future occurrences of that meeting.

  • Improved Desktop
    Floating window presentation

The dossier is styled as a proper macOS panel — rounded corners, ambient elevation shadow — and reachable from calendar right-click, event dialogs, dashboard schedule widgets, the tray menu, a global shortcut, and the command palette.

Calendar intelligence

  • New Calendar
    Attendees and CRM contact discovery

The EventKit bridge now reads attendees and their response statuses. Known guests show their CRM company and role; new ones get an "Add to CRM" button.

  • New Calendar
    Meeting invite parsing

Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Webex invites are parsed into a structured card — meeting ID and passcode copyable in one click, the organizer's actual notes separated from the boilerplate.

  • New Calendar
    Right-click context menus

Right-click any event in Day, Week, Month, or the dashboard calendar to join the meeting, open its dossier, copy the link, or edit the event.

  • Fixed Calendar
    All-day events and date entry

All-day events render correctly across every calendar view, and date inputs no longer fight you while typing.

Executive Overview

  • New Executive
    A second dashboard

Executive Overview sits alongside My Day: a macro view of pipeline value, goal velocity, and organizational health, for when you need the shape of the quarter rather than the shape of the afternoon.

  • New Dashboard
    Dual-view switcher

Toggle between My Day and Executive Overview from the dashboard header, and pick which one opens by default in Settings.

  • New Portfolio
    Portfolio intelligence

One widget, four perspectives: Upcoming Deliveries, Key Initiatives, Stalled Projects, and velocity KPIs.

  • New CRM
    Pipeline analytics

Deal flow by stage, win probabilities, and cards for the opportunities worth your attention this week.

  • New Triage
    Attention and escalations

A triage board for off-track initiatives, deals about to close, and overdue task spikes, with project completion percentages computed live.

Meeting recorder

  • New Recorder
    Rebuilt floating recorder and mini-pill

The recorder is redesigned from scratch, and collapses from a full card to a 340×56 pill that stays out of the way of the call.

  • Improved Theme
    Light and dark theme sync

The floating recorder now follows your workspace theme and your macOS appearance setting, instead of always being dark.

  • New Audio
    Dual-channel waveforms

Separate ten-bar meters for microphone and system audio, so you can see at a glance that both sides of the call are actually being captured.

  • Improved AI
    Platform badges and AI status

The recorder shows which app the call is in, and its post-recording status reflects what your transcription and AI settings will actually do.

Saved views and filters

  • New Views
    Copy and paste view configurations

Move filters, sort orders, conditional formatting, and column layouts between saved views in the same module, instead of rebuilding them by hand.

  • New Views
    Granular copy with Option

Hold Option while right-clicking a view tab for Copy Filters, Copy Sort, and Copy Formatting separately.

  • New Filters
Smart filter defaults on new records

Create a record from a filtered list and the matching fields are prefilled, so it doesn't vanish the moment you save it. OR-branch filters pick a sensible branch.

  • Improved Views
    Wrapping view tabs

View tabs wrap onto multiple lines instead of clipping at the edge, and the filter, sort, and column controls stay pinned in place.

Elsewhere in the app

  • New Release
    In-app "What's New"

Release notes appear on first launch after an update, and stay available from the app menu, Settings › Updates, and the command palette.

  • New Projects
    Project completion dates

Projects record when they reached a closed status, and the projects list can filter on it.

  • New Tasks
    Rich text in task notes

Task notes and descriptions support bold, italic, and ordered and bulleted lists.

  • Improved Dashboard
    Responsive dashboard header

The dashboard header degrades in stages as the window narrows, keeping the view switcher visible longest.

Model Context Protocol (MCP)

  • New MCP
    Executive Overview intelligence (get_executive_overview)

Dedicated MCP tool providing AI assistants with instant access to macro CRM pipeline value, portfolio health allocations, OKRs velocity, and stalled projects.

  • New MCP
    Pre-meeting dossier tools (get_meeting_dossier & list_dossier_meetings)

Dedicated MCP tools for generating structured meeting briefings, counterpart relationship graphs, past decisions, and open deliverable triage directly in AI conversations.

  • New MCP
    Atomic project completion (complete_project)

MCP tool to atomically mark projects complete, synchronize completion timestamps, and transition statuses into closed buckets.

  • Improved Core
    Expanded schemas and search fallback

Added meeting prep notes (dossier_prep) to the table whitelist and schemas, and extended global search fallback indexing to include calendar events and meeting notes.
