Questions
The honest answers.
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy a license, you own it. The 12 months of updates are included; renewing for more updates is optional, and the app keeps working either way.
What happens after my 12 months of updates?
The version you have keeps running forever. If you want continued updates, new features, and OS-compatibility patches, you can renew for $34/yr. If not, do nothing — your app still works.
Can I install on multiple Macs?
Single is one Mac. Family covers up to three Macs in the same household. License keys are device-bound but transferable if you replace a machine.
Is my data private?
Yes, fully. Your database lives on your Mac. Meeting transcription happens locally via Whisper — audio never leaves your machine. The only network calls are optional Claude/OpenAI requests for action-item extraction (you control the key, you can turn it off) and license validation.
Does it work without internet?
Everything except optional AI features (action-item extraction, MCP queries) works fully offline. Recording, transcription, calendar, CRM, notes — all local.
Mac App Store availability?
Not currently. Direct download only — it lets us ship faster, sandbox less aggressively, and offer a real one-time license. We may add MAS later for discoverability.
What if I want a refund?
14-day money-back, no questions. Email [email protected] and you're refunded.
Does it work with my existing calendar?
Yes — native EventKit, two-way sync, per-calendar rules. Apple Calendar, Google, Exchange, anything macOS Calendar already connects to.
Why $49 / $69 instead of free or subscription?
A real Mac app made by one developer needs to be funded by the people using it, not by your data. One-time pricing with optional renewal is the most honest model we could find.
Will there be a Windows or iOS version?
Not in the foreseeable future. Mac-only, and that's the point — every interaction is tuned for macOS.
Try it for 14 days. Then decide.
Full features, no credit card, no nag screens. If it fits the way you live and work, $49 keeps it forever — through November 30, 2026.
