End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Life Manager Pro for the software product Life Manager Pro ("the Software").

1. Grant of license

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on the number of Macs allowed by your purchased tier (1 for Single, 3 for Family).

2. Restrictions

  • You may not redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Software.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices on the Software.
  • You may not share license keys with anyone outside your household (Family) or other than yourself (Single).

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Your data created within the Software remains yours.

4. Updates

Your license includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. After 12 months, you may continue using the version installed at the time, or renew updates for an annual fee.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate it if you materially breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies. Your data remains yours.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

8. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the state in which the Author resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
